When Was the Last Time a Company WOWed You?

Looking back through the history of QuantumDigital, the technology behind the services provided has certainly changed over time, but one thing has remained the same throughout: a culture based on the importance of customer service.

When Steve Damman, President and CEO, joined the company, he brought with him a hospitality industry background in which service is paramount. Take a look at the following videos to get an inside view of how and why we strive to treat our customers with the extra care and consideration they well deserve. These videos may have been filmed in 2009, but still ring true today. The first is an interview with Damman discussing the background of this customer service philosophy.
